Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your Midnight Darling pieces. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
For other jewellery, please contact us within 7-14 days of receiving your order if you'd like to discuss a return or exchange. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy.
