How long will my order take?
Good things take time... and so does your new favourite jewellery.
Your order will usually arrive within 7–14 business days. We'll send you a tracking link as soon as it's on the move, so you can check its progress approximately 47 times a day (we've all been there).
Is your jewellery waterproof?
It sure is!
Our jewellery is made to keep up with real life. Showers, beach days, gym sessions, coffee runs... your jewellery is happy to come along for the ride.
Will it tarnish?
No one likes a drama queen... especially when it's jewellery.
Our jewellery pieces are made from premium PVD-plated stainless steel and are designed to resist tarnishing, so they'll stay looking gorgeous with everyday wear.
Can I wear it every day?
Please do!
Life's too short to save your favourite jewellery for "special occasions." Tuesday is special enough.
Can I swim or shower in it?
Absolutely.
Ocean? Yep.
Pool? Yep.
Shower? Yep.
Dance around the kitchen while making dinner? Highly encouraged.
Is it gift-worthy?
Definitely.
Whether you're spoiling someone you love or treating yourself (our favourite kind of shopping), every order is beautifully packaged and ready to make someone smile. We also do offer gift vouchers so if you're stuck deciding what to gift you can send your recipient a voucher to spend on their choice.
I ordered the wrong thing!
It happens to the best of us.
If your order hasn't been processed yet, send us an email as soon as possible and we'll do everything we can to help.
I've received the wrong item!
Oops! Looks like we've had a little mix-up, darling!
If you've received something different from what you ordered, don't worry—we'll make it right.
Simply flick us an email with your order number and a photo of what you've received, and we'll get it sorted as quickly as possible, at no extra cost to you.
Because surprises are lovely... just not when they're the wrong jewellery! 🖤
Can I return my order?
Of course! I'd prefer you didnt..haha
If something isn't quite right, we'll happily help with eligible returns.
Unfortunately, earrings can't be returned for hygiene reasons unless they're faulty—we're sure you understand.
My product is faulty?
Oh no, darling! That's definitely not the kind of sparkle we had in mind.
We take pride in the quality of our jewellery, and if something isn't quite right, we want to make it right.
Simply flick us an email with your order number, a quick description of the issue, and a photo of the fault.
We'll take a look and help sort things out as quickly as possible, whether that's a replacement, repair, or refund.

Take a deep breath—we've got you.
Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days, but every now and then couriers decide to take the scenic route.
If it's taking longer than expected, flick us an email and we'll investigate faster than you can say, "Where's my parcel?"
How do I care for my jewellery?
Your jewellery is pretty low maintenance (wish we could say the same about ourselves).
A quick wipe with a soft cloth every now and then will keep it looking its best.
