At Midnight Darling, we don't believe in rushing beautiful things. Every order is carefully prepared before making its way to you, and we'll keep you updated every step of the journey.
How long will my order take?
New Zealand: 7–14 business days
Most orders arrive within this timeframe, although the occasional courier hiccup or busy period can sometimes cause slight delays. (Even the fastest couriers have off days!)
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! As soon as your order is on its way, we'll send you a tracking link so you can refresh it far more times than you'd like to admit.
Ordered more than one item?
Your pieces may arrive separately from time to time. Don't panic if only part of your order turns up first—your other goodies are on their way.
Double-check your address
We've all accidentally sent something to an old address before... so please make sure your shipping details are correct before placing your order. Once your order is on its way, we're unable to make changes.
